Investment and Joint Venture

New Sage is actively looking for joint venture partners both in North and South America. To date the company has made an investment in American Petrogas (TSX-V: BOE), an oil and gas exploration and production company in Argentina, this investment was subsequently sold. The company currently has a number of joint ventures with Gulf South Operators, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company is actively drilling a number of properties in the US Gulf States.
